In order for us to provide a detailed quotation, we require some basic information about the property being purchased to enable us to assess the necessary time required to inspect the property and produce the survey report.
In general, the property sales details or brochure will usually suffice, which will show the property type, its age and size (with a floor plan).
Alternatively, if the property address, property type and value/asking price can be provided, this is normally enough information for us to find the property details either on Rightmove or Zoopla.
We are then in a position to advise which survey we believe is best suited and to offer a quotation.

2. Email us at info@sanderscobb.co.uk – providing the property address, property type (e.g. terrace, semi-detached, detached, etc) and price.
3. Call us on 0208 137 8500 and speak to one of our surveyors who will ask similar questions to the above and advise accordingly.
A formal written quotation will then be emailed to you at the earliest opportunity.
